Purchases I've made so far come quick, are always through the sales and are for the most part great quality.
However, one set of sunglasses I ordered did not come in the pouch as shown and had a small scuff on one of the lenses. Out of the two pairs I bought I did mean for them to be the most used and less cared for anyway so I wasn't too fussed and didn't bother with an enquiry.
For the most part they deliver perfectly as expected, so far I've only had one issue and it was something I could look past anyway.
