When I ordered the shoes for my partner, I ordered a size 9 as my partner is a UK 9. When the shoes arrived they were a men's 9, uk 10. The shoes are the converse ox lean. The shoes are too big therefore I have had to pay for delivery to send back for an exchange at my cost asking for now a size 8 which in fact is a uk size 9. The website is not clear on this and I presumed if I wanted a size 9, I would need to select size 9, not a 8. Even the delivery note states size 9 but they are not a uk size 9. A bit disappointed but on a Positive the prices on the website are low. Let's hope my exchange turns up and the size is correct although I am now £4.45 out of pocket. Regards Kelly Hodkin 07816410930
