Delivery was prompt, but disappointed with returns.
No free post label. Cost of returns through Royal Mail outweighed the price of the product so had no alternative than to drive to nearest store 30 miles away and return in store only to be given a credit note! It would be better if you gave pre paid returns labels and full credit back to bank account.
For this reason I will not use USC online again
