The first time I have ordered from USC.. I ordered a pair of shoes. I received them in a state that seemed like they had been worn previously, shoe laces done up, no tissue paper in the shoe and strangely there was no insoles in the shoe..
I had to send them back (if not given a free post address I would have been forced to pay to return the item.)
Hassle....
