The clothes sold are usually good quality at a competitive price. Items arrive on time. However I am concerned about USC's connection to Sports Direct and their abhorrent working conditions. So based on my own ethical values I will now cease to shop at USC until Sports Directs has gone over and above what is expected to prove they are a company of moral standing. By this I don't just mean providing back pay for workers, not just excelling in customer service but also raising the standards of your employees.
