Its not fair to say it was a bad experience but it was poor by comparison and you asked for my feedback. The trainers are a very competitive price. The website did say up to 7 days delivery direct to Sports Direct, but most websites do give that time scale as the worst time scale. In my experience mail order direct to a shop with other suppliers takes 2-3 days maximum because they know the competition is achieving this turnaround. My order took exactly seven days which is long in comparison but is a deciding factor for me in whether i would use a supplier again to be honest. I feel your website engages in what I call "Customer Contact avoidance" i.e when it comes to customers identifying how to contact yourselves it is seemingly a deliberate maze of avoidance for example the first email address identified is not monitored so it is very frustrating. Many organisations do this in reality because they have had your money and they don't want to be bothered with queries, that's the fact but it is an insult when it really isn't so difficult to actually process and pay. Think about it! I believe it should be as simple to identify direct easy contact to a supplier with your query and get as fast a response as you get when you pay them! and delivery time was excessive in comparison to other providers of similar services. Your prices are competitive so maybe i would try you with direct delivery to my home and see if it compares better to be fair but that may be costly in comparison to my usual suppliers. Many thanks.
