Was an ok experience. The USC shop was good it's self. However collecting in sports direct seems silly. Especially when you arrive on the ground floor with no signs as to where collections are. Q up at the ground floor till and told "sorry it's upstairs"
Then go back round to USC to do an exchange. Just move collcrtions to Usc. Even if logistics say you need to deliver to sports direct have someone walk round and bring the USC products to the guys in that shop to make it more convient for USC customers.
