Two weeks after placing my order I hadn't received my it and began to case it up. I then found out that my order was on hold because one item was a pre-ordered item which wasn't stated when selecting the product. I then decided to wait a further two weeks for that pre-ordered item to find out it the product was no longer available for another two weeks. I then had to cancel this item to receive my order before my holiday. In total it was over a month from making the order to receiving it. All this could have been avoided if I had been notified from the start. However the responses from the inquiries department where quick and very informative.
