My first order came very prompt with 3 days of me placing my order, I ordered late on Saturday evening and it arrived on the Tuesday, but my 2nd order has come with a security tag still attached and I have had to make two phone calls to sort things out, due to an email with a free post address not being sent out when I was told it would be. the 1st and 2nd emails came together the day after.
