The item I wanted was not available in the USC store. The sales person did not suggest ordering online and did not offer any incentive to do so (it is usual to offer free delivery).
We ordered on-line using the "next day delivery" option. The item was not delivered by YODEL the next day and their response was fairly rude when this was pointed out. The item was then delivered late and USC simply offered the difference between normal and next day delivery as a "gesture of good will"
It is unlikely that I would purchase from them again.
