Didn't really have a "bad experience" per se, items arrived in acceptable time, and most of them fit alright. BUT, unfortunately, for the items that didn't fit and had to be returned, I had to pay a fair amount (about 10% of what I paid for all my items!). I know there were "warnings" in your website about this (that returns will be at the customer's expense), and I took the risk. But maybe if there was a another way to return/exchange some items, like return them in the shop where I collected them (Sports Direct), then my experience shopping with USC would've been better.
