Dont think delivery to a store should be charged £4.99 yes your given a £5 voucher for a future spend but thats for bribery to spend more!!! To top it all you have to spend postage for returns!! First timed i have shopped on line with this company (wont be doing again) i shop online alot & no other company i know charges its customers for delivery to thier stores & returns are always free!!
