The point where my parcel was supposed to be delivered the first time. They said 'sorry we have missed you' even though I was in my home all day. There was no calling card left. Nor was there an attemptt of contact made by the first delivery driver. Had to wait longer for my next delivery. And for that the delivery charge is ridiculous.
