First time shopping with USC, and well quite frankly it will be my last once the matter is resolved.
Placed an order for 4 items, and only 3 were received.
Sent an email advising them of this, and still waiting for a response (3+ days waiting)
So i decided to call them, to which an advisor was talking in an odd manner- not rude, but slightly abrupt.
I want this sorting asap- awful first and last experience.
