Well, that's quite presumptive "tell us how USC made you happy" because you didn't completely. Sure the polo, men's coat and socks were fine, however the woman's coat has a rip in the interior lining on the cuff which will get worsened over time as my girlfriends hand will catch it when she puts it on.
I've sent it back to ask for a replacement but wasn't best pleased that you originally asked me to send it back paid delivery. Thankfully somebody in customer service provided me with a free post address to send it to, hence three stars.
