The shopping experience is fine until you need to return something - the you come to realise if you want to return a product you need to PAY for the return postage and if you go in store to return then you are only offered an exchange or a gift voucher which I thing is UNFAIR.
surly you should be able to change your mind without being penalised like most other reputable high street stores.
Same story when it comes to ordering
You should be able to get it delivered to the store for FREE - like most store these days ??
