Recently purchased 2 items which we were delivered in the same package which was great, happy with the product. However when returning home after picking product up from an in store location I was disappoint to find the electronic tag still applied to my adidas hoodie. This has now required me to return to the store to remove the tag and it was something I didn't expect to have to do. I will occur a parking charge for returning to the store and is an inconvenience for me as I don't have a huge amount of spare time, hence ordering on line. Overall the process has been very good apart from this mishap I look forward to your to response in the coming days. Kind regards
