I had a bad experience with the Sport Direct team members. Unfortunately my shirt was to small and I wanted to exchange it but instead of that they given me a refund voucher to use it in store. That voucher got wet and I could't read the numbers (on the end I've lost it)so I went to the store to ask if they could reprint it or what could I do with that? Instead of any help I've had a rude comment that "loosing the voucher is the same as loosing money and its nothing they can do". Minute after I've calld the customer service and they give me the voucher code straight away. I don't know whats going on with the Sport D but whenever I'm in there they never able to help or its taking hours to find correct shoes etc. bit disappointed:(
