You need to clearly mention the packing weight for your packages sent, as I'm one of your international customers and I'm getting very good offers from your end but I always getting huge fees from my shipping agent because of the weight, i don't know why 2 no. of t-shirts are weighing 1.94KG?? this is very weird.
please work on this point for your international customers, either to identify the gross weight before shipping or give me the option to pack in a very light weight packing to avoid this high fees.
