I had a faulty pair of jeans sent to me which is a shame but the bit that really gets to me is I had some items in the basket but when I went to pay for them the prices went up, I explained to a member of customer service that it would be good if you as a company to up hold the price you promoted as good customer service and even more so due to being sent faulty jeans and I have had no response to that email, if this was done which can be done you would keep me as a customer but if not you will lose me as a customer, myself and my partner have spent £100s between us on two accounts. I just don't think it is good enough compare to other company's
