Website really easy to use and happy with products received. The reason i have scored this down is due to the service received at Stockport store. I was given the product straight away but as I wanted to buy more goods in store I wanted to use the£5 voucher I was told would get with my delivery. it was a very busy Sunday and we only travelled to Stockport to pick up the goods. Due to your systems being down they couldn't give me the voucher unless I waited for the systems to work even though didn't know how long. I asked for the £5 to be taken off my goods I had bought in store. The manager refused without reason and had passed the message through a team member. I was disappointed that the manager couldn't tell us this himself. It's disappointing that we had to pay £5 for delivery to get this back as a voucher and then be refused it in store even though paid more money out. I would have just delivered it to my house and made it easier for myself. Either way your manager in store should not be a manager if he can't deal with customers asking for a simple request!
