I went to my local Sports Direct Store to pick up my parcel which would have been okay if the cashier didn't have to wait for 5 minutes for someone to retrieve it!
The packaging on 2 of my 3 items was unimpressive; the plastic bag which held a fine knit jumper had been ripped open and the boot box and packing for the boots was damaged to the point that if returned, would have been assumed they had been worn!!
