I am previously ordered some products from your online website. It did not state clearly that because I ordered a pre-ordered item that my other products would also be spent on that day. So therefore I had to cancel my pre-ordered item (which took 3 days for your company to reply to me)
Everything is now sorted and I hope I am satisfied with my products. When I receive them.
