Service, price and delivery was great but I am unhappy that one pair of shoes I ordered are clearly the pair that had been tried on in the shop even though there are more in stock. They had lots of bits from the floor stuck to the bottom of them. As they are a gift I am not pleased about this. The returns process would also mean I would be charged for returning and could wait a lengthy amount of time, I therefore decided I will have to clean them up myself.
