Everything about the service was fantastic apart from one thing.. one of my jackets which was the main reason why I made a purchase still had one of the magnetised plastic tags on which I had to remove myself with a pair of scissors. Luckily I didn't damage the jacket in the process but I guarantee that 9/10 customers would either complain or send this item back if it happened to them.
