Delivery was prompt I have to admit. But unfortunately a day later there was a promotion giving 20% off and I was sent a display pair of shoes which I am unhappy about so have reordered hoping a fresh pair will arrive soon so I can return the other ones. Other than that, no issues - hoping the returns process is simple enough.
