I placed an order then realized i actually wanted to add some more items so tried to cancel. As per the instructions on the website i filled in the form with my order number and waited, no response to that form even though it was submitted no more than 5 minutes after the order was placed. I then receive an email my order is ready to be collected, so have had to send it back once i collected, so in the end has cost me £10 postage in total for an order i asked to be cancelled, still waiting on a response to my submitted form...........................
