My delivery arrived with the product packaging burst contents shoved back in and sellotaped back together. I expressed my dissatisfaction and stated I was sending the product back and I got a very insincere response and a free postage address. I'm disgusted at the service and although I would shop in store I will NEVER buy online if it is deemed acceptable to send a product damaged.
