The price's and brands are usually good, I do like what it has to offer but I always find the women's firetrap clothes are not made with quality, quite a few things I've bought have faded after one wash, I had a top with like spikes on the shoulders- I didn't even wash that and the spikes was falling off and that I did return and I didn't even get and apology from the staff. At the Doncaster branch I have always found the staff appear very mardy and customer service is not good at all.
