I ordered Adidas Gazelle shoes in Royal Blue which arrived in a pale blue. This wasn't the colour on the website. I have had the hassle of having to return them at a cost due to being advised to send registered post. This has actually cost me £10.00 for delivery and return costs and I have nothing to show for it.
Also the box the trainers arrived in was very badly damaged, not good first impression :(
