Order process was smile and delivery was quick. However some of the items were smaller in size than expected (xxl was a better fit to an xl and wouldn't have fastened round the xxl). Out of five items purchased, only two were true to size. Website wasn't clear whether you could exchange online orders in store rather than returning by post, so I emailed customer service to ask. That was on the 29th November and as of 4th December I still haven't had a reply.
