Delivery service was fine. Product selection is nowhere near as good as it used to be. Returned my purchase to the Basingstoke branch and the staff were terrible! The manager fumbled her way through the return while the rest of the staff were miserable, and more interested in draping themselves over their mates who came into the store... I'd be confident in saying they are a reflection on the management.
