Goods where faulty, returned as faulty and have had an email stating I have cancelled my order due to changing my mind, customer services emailed as no phone number on website. I did however eventually find a phone number and spoke to a very helpful person who couldn't work out why it had been cancelled, so advised as it had been refunded to reorder and email them with the order number so all the postage could be refunded and also they would honour the original sale price I paid before
