Couldnt exchange a pair of converse shoes in-store to a different size, same shoe and then to be told we had to pay the difference between online price and in store price and then if i returned the other item's i would be only entitled to store credit? When you stock the items in store? I have to go through the hassle of sending them back when it makes sense just to go to store! Most other retailers would just do exchange/refund in store! Will not be buying/ordering from you again! Dreadful service and you charged me for delivery when it was supposed to be free!
