Despite the order being sent to store quite quickly, I received two different size different shoes in the box, struggled To get a phone number for customer services, got through and was told to email customer services, it's been three days and still no response to my problem, worried about the returns policy, 15 days return etc! I still have the wrong shoes and don't even know what to do as I've had no response from anyone.
