The delivery of the items I ordered was disgusting and then trying to speak to someone about the problem was even worse. I received 2 emails on separate days from "MyHermes" stating the parcel had been delivered successfully, when clearly it hadn't.
I eventually found an email address for you (but no telephone number) and did get a response from customer services to my first email, but still no response to my subsequent email. My parcel was eventually delivered over 10 days after I had ordered and paid for my items.
