3 stars because the ordering online was easy and effortless ... lost 2 stars however for using Herme's as a courier, the tracking code you released wasn't reconigised one Thierry website, and after I paid for next day delivery it finally arrived 4 days later. 2 days late for the reason I ordered in the first place, and the "we have just delivered" confirmation email arrived 3 days after the event. so will be returning the purchases and will being thinking twice before using again.
