Ordered some jeans and paid for next day delivery as i needed them for my works christmas do, they never turned up yet the tracking was showing as them being signed for. I spoke to USC and was told that there was nothing they could do apart from open up a investigation that could take up to a week leaving me without my jeans or any money back to get somemore. i yet still to hear anything back from them or receive a refund.
