Buying - great. Delivery - good. Returns - RIDICULOUS!!
This day and age to ask people to pay for returns (especially for shoes!!) is crazy. All your competitors do free returns. I have purchased 2 pairs of boots and 2 pairs of trainers. Do you know how much that will cost? Sizes of brands can differ, hence I need to return because they don't fit. Really disgusted and will avoid shopping online at USC again.
