I have had many items from USC over the years, but i predominantly shop there for footwear. My favourite shoes are the Soul Cal pumps. I have bought them before as a size 6 and the shoes have been a perfect fit, so naturally this time around i bought my regular size 6 Soul Cal pumps in both black and white. However when delivered it seems the shape of the trainer has changed making them less slim and shorter. The change in style cannot be helped by USC but when needing to buy 2 new pairs and also post back the first two pairs at my own cost (as i cant be refunded in store as told by a rude staff member on the phone to the Stoke branch) is very over complicated and costly considering the two postage payments and the return payment too. Apologies for ranting, but this is my recent experience, and making it easier for customers to return/swap items in store may reduce reviews such as this one. Thanks.
