Ordered items, paid for next day delivery. No sign of them a week later.
Contacted USC customer service, no reply until one week after initial order. Hermes couldn't tell me where my parcel was either.
Finally converted with a human being a week after iniual order, Lauren was very helpful and refunded my delivery charge at my request. Very disappointing experience to be honest.
