Everything was good, the order came to the store quickly. However not all staff looked like they'd been trained when it came to dealing with click and collect. The woman that served me didn't have a clue what she was doing meaning I had to wait 10 minutes for her to get help from someone that was serving in a very busy store and she claimed she'd asked me for ID when she hadn't. The service was poor but the actual process of getting the product was quick and easy.
