Was kept informed on the progress of my order. However when I went to collect in store and queued in the long queue on Xmas eve which was ok because not unexpected - however to eventually get to the tills and be told my order was to collect at Sports Direct in another part of the shopping centre was. At least put a notice up to let people collecting orders know!! Not happy
