One trainer from a pair of K-Swiss belmonts had a few scuff marks on the material. It seemed to be an ex-display item, as it had the sale sticker attached. I did not request a replacement as, to be honest, I didn't fancy going through the process of sending them back and having others delivered. I wrote to inform USC of this, but received no acknowledgement.
I would attach a photo, but I am writing this at work and do not currently have the shoe on me.
