Free delivery promotion was a pleasant surprise :) In general I like selection of brands you offer and I'm very happy you offer deliery to my country (this is a gret plus, and this take around 80% of my decision to buy at USC, even if competitors may have better prices\selection but no direct deliery to Ukraine). I was not happy that one of the goods was not delivered (out of stock), but same problem appeared also with sportsdirect, so looks like this is a usual thing. However this doesn't make me happy, so please check how you can fix this. Probably you can offer another item (in another color or size) if chosen one is out of stock, this will really help. Also app's navigation is not really great, website is much better.
