I was extremely satisfied with service I received from USC however I ordered two sets due to me not receiving an email to say that I had ordered the first set and the sizes I required where different....because of this I have had to return a set and then have to wait up to 14 days for the money to be refunded into my account which I find annoying since I paid up front for the shorts so was expecting a quicker payment into my account hence 4 stars instead of 5
