Ordered shoes for my daughter's Chrismtas. She's a size 7 but size 6 arrived. the box stated size 7 but the actual shoes did not match what the box said. Had time to change order so I did and asked for an exchange to meet my original order of size 7.
This exchange took 2 weeks which was not an acceptable timescale. However, when the order arrived I collected from the store and asked the staff to check the size before I left the store. Again the box stated size 7 but the sizing on the shoes had been scrubbed out! What on earth was that about? Anyway staff double checked the sizing for me and discovered this time the shoes were size 8 - what a joke and with only 5 days to go until Christmas!
Not happy because given the length of time to change the order the last time, no way was this going to be sorted out in time for Christmas. Staff in the store were great but they can't even offer an alternative because they are restricted to help when a customer orders online
Need to employ staff who can stock and store shoes in boxes which match the sizing. Massive warehouse problem and I will be sharing this experience with others. Customer service non existant
