I was very happy with the products I ordered. However was not happy that an item I ordered which was in stock in my size at the time of ordering suddenly was out of stock and rather than being offered an alternative by USC it was removed from my order and the money refunded this meant if I wanted an alternative I would have to pay full postage again. This left me feeling disappointed with the service from USC.
