I received three items. Among those were two pairs of shoes, one for men and one for kids. I picked them based on the EU size mentioned in brackets next to the UK size and both of them were wrong. While the men's shoes stated 11(46.5), they were actually a size 45. The kid's shoes stated C4(20), while they are actually a size 21. With the delivery fees, they are not worth returning, so, to avoid such situations, you really need to change your conversion tables or pay more attention and post the actual sizes for each item on your website.
