Product was good & well priced. However there were issues with the delivery - I got a text & email saying that the package had been delivered & signed for on a Sunday evening, but I had not received my parcel and I had been in all day. I chased it up with the courier company the next morning but they unhelpfully said I had to go back to the vendor. Before I had a chance I spotted my parcel sitting in a puddle in the back garden - someone (courier? Neighbour? I don't know), had lobbed it over my fence! Luckily it wasn't breakable, but they didn't know that!
